PSU utilization - Group Participation

Commanders have a multitude of reasons they would wish to utilize PSU's.

An instance could be a personal mission outside of the parameters of standard operations such as retrieval of  sensitive information, assassination of persons of interest, obtaining items of personal value, intimidating contractors or supplier...
