An instance could be a personal mission outside of the parameters of standard operations such as retrieval of sensitive information, assassination of persons of interest, obtaining items of personal value, intimidating contractors or suppliers.
What would be the conditions for a commander to get a PSU?
Would there be considerations for what numbers they are carrying at the base the commander is in charge of?
Would she have to have a certain % of operational strength?
Does she need permission from a site manager?
In Selecting a unit/units what would a commander look for?
How long can she keep the unit for?
Can the unit refuse?
When the unit is expended, who does the attribution for the expenditure go to?
or
is the units expenditure from the standard ranks immediate upon being reconfigured?
Does the commander have to pay for weapon, ammo, food & maintenance of the unit?
Where does the commander store the unit?
How much does the commander have to pay to have the unit?
