14 Concept & Plat kid names

Though it was hinted a few chapters ago that Lady Ilganyag can communicate via the torcs, this is our first confirmation. She can talk to Bastion at will, and has been able to for quite a long time.  Unfortunately for Bastion and his former Black Tongue brethren, it's always on her terms.
