Almost certain Sette would just say "pants" to refer to underwear, but American readers wouldn't interpret that correctly so opted for "underpants" as a compromise. And Sara's "What the heck" gave me pause because it felt so childish but then, she's been sheltered in this shrine all her life and probably is limited to pretty innocuous slang.
And of course "malordered" isn't a word that actually exists but Sette feels it does, so we have to live with it.
