2021-09-01 14:42:35 +0000 UTC View PostI just ran across this old sketch and it's COMPLETE CHAOS... but at the same time, I guess that's kind of the point 😂
2021-07-27 12:30:01 +0000 UTC View PostMost behaviors in my life run on a cycle— engage in behavior, guilt, shame, vowing to change, short-lived success, plummet in motivation, repeat. 🔁
What are some old behavior patterns of your own? Are there any solutions that have worked for you in the past that you might be able to utilize now...
2021-07-14 13:24:03 +0000 UTC View PostIf a drink is even slightly out of my line of sight... it ceases to exist.

2021-07-06 18:53:38 +0000 UTC View Post🚨 cw: disordered eating 🚨
No matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to ever find a way to consistently feed myself. I’m either going hours and hours with no appetite (thanks, meds) or I’m binge-eating to cope with other negative feelings. Trying to find an in-between is hard.
2021-05-21 14:17:12 +0000 UTC View PostI’m so ambitious about reading, but when it comes down to it... I just can’t focus on books the way I used to 😞
2021-05-07 13:09:58 +0000 UTC View PostSo much of my energy is spent just trying to keep my head above water.
It’s exhausting to be constantly battling an invisible struggle that others can’t see.
2021-04-19 20:48:29 +0000 UTC View PostI spent most of my career feeling like a “bad employee” because my brain worked differently than my coworkers. But that’s not true.
2021-03-24 16:41:54 +0000 UTC View PostAnxiety is a huge part of ADHD. My brain assumes everything is wrong (or could go wrong) ALL THE TIME. Being on high-alert all the time gets exhausting, but I can’t seem to stop.
2021-03-15 20:27:55 +0000 UTC View PostTrying to learn to challenge how I’ve always viewed success/failure, but it’s a hard and slow process. (Here’s a visual of how I looked at it doe the longest time.)
2021-03-11 16:29:22 +0000 UTC View PostI haven’t really used myself as a comic subject in a while... what do y’all think? 🤔
2021-03-07 14:54:15 +0000 UTC View PostFINALLY finished this one after sketching it like 6 months ago ahahaha
RIP 🪦 What’s in your graveyard?
2021-02-26 14:43:24 +0000 UTC View PostYou voted, you got it! This table is full of internalized shame from a lifetime of criticism.
Which ones do you recognize from your own life? Did I forget any?
2021-02-12 19:09:36 +0000 UTC View PostI've got a few different ideas for sketches/comics kickin' around the ol' noggin, so I figured I'd ask y'all what you think! I'll use the order of most popular to decide which should take priority.
(In the meantime, I'm working on finalizing some of my older sketches!)
2021-02-03 22:31:26 +0000 UTC View PostSoooo... where my fellow procrasti-cleaners at? 👀
2021-02-01 20:28:10 +0000 UTC View PostBeing more prone to distractions and avoidance leads to pileup, frustration, guilt, and overwhelm. I often get “stuck” and constantly feel like I’m behind. When I finally do complete tasks... I feel so ashamed of how long it took that it’s hard to feel proud of myself for the accomplishment.
2021-01-25 18:28:11 +0000 UTC View PostWhen I’m not engaged in an activity, time crawls. I can’t stop looking to see when it’ll be over (and I can move on to something else).
But if I’m interested in what I’m doing... I’ll forget to look at the clock for HOURS.
2021-01-20 22:22:13 +0000 UTC View PostSome of the line work was super rasterized (blurry) on my previous version of this comic from moving stuff around— you wouldn’t believe how many hours of re-arranging it took to get this flowchart to ‘flow’ the way I wanted, haha.
The low-quality linework prevented me from wanting to officially post it online si...
2021-01-09 14:54:23 +0000 UTC View PostI was flipping through my sketchbook to find a blank page, and stumbled upon these reminders I left for myself months ago. Figured some of you might need to hear them today too 💖
P.S. Apologies for the handwriting 😂
2021-01-08 21:15:52 +0000 UTC View PostI started this sketch literally 2 years ago and never felt like it was quite ‘perfect,’ but have decided in 2021 that I’m not letting that stop me from posting. 💖
2021-01-07 22:24:51 +0000 UTC View PostThings aren’t always as “simple” as they seem. Others often can’t see what we’re struggling with under the surface.
2020-12-30 20:05:03 +0000 UTC View PostThis is a continuation of my “idea butterflies” comic. Since we let ours roam free, those suckers are tricky to catch! 🦋
2020-12-10 17:49:48 +0000 UTC View PostI could rattle off a list of things I “should” or “need to” do. Doesn’t make it any easier to actually start on them... 🧠🤦🏻♀️
This comic was originally a cycle graphic when I sketched it out—which one do you prefer? 🤔
2020-12-07 19:59:35 +0000 UTC View PostThere’s nothing wrong with having ADHD, but society’s misunderstanding of the condition often leads to discrimination, stereotyping, and inner shame. The first step to stopping stigma is informing others of what it looks like; so here’s a handy guide! 💖
2020-12-01 15:53:42 +0000 UTC View PostWhat’s something worth working on today, regardless of what people think? Why is it so important to you?
2020-11-16 14:56:40 +0000 UTC View PostDang it, ADHD meds! Why you always gotta do me like that 😩
2020-10-28 14:23:29 +0000 UTC View PostThis infographic will be a little different than the comics I usually make, but I’m hoping that people will find it helpful! :) It’ll be one image for the final, but this is what the sketches look like
