So I decided to edit the video game they're playing to something original to avoid copyright. Funny enough, it doesn't actually change anything comic wise.
The smallest edit, but I had to change the text in the first panel to match.
Here's a closer look at the two characters from the fighting game they're playing. I actually have plans for this later down the road. I've already began thinking about what kind of game it's gonna be and the title is great, trust me. But for now, all I'll say, is that it's Super Smash Bros. if every character was the most testosterone driven, masculine meatheads, who perfectly cater to the straight male fantasy of beating your enemies to a pulp.
Oh yeah, and did I mention straight guys don't realize how incredibly gay it is?
Meanwhile, this week in Welcome to the Pack we meet some new background characters: Milo and Emma!
For Milo, I was inspired by the Asgore artwork I did for June. I just loved the idea of a dad who isn't so much in control of his own life, but he really cares about his kid. So I made a fiesty little girl to compliment his timid nature.
Fun fact: The design and personality is based on a character I made all the way back in middle school. She was a human back then, so I had to change her to a goat girl, but other than that, she's basically the same character, even down to the clothes and hair.
I just really love the idea of their dynamic because she, a lot of the time, will act more like she's in charge, despite still being young and he usually just goes along with it. I totally plan on doing more with them at some point.
