it's fine to keep suggesting the same characters every month! i don't mind at all
i removed the non-touhou character suggestion for now because i couldn't find the time to actually do any of them...
the poll will start around 20th every month
finally finish with july poll whew
also included letty and ringo from an old poll back in april with the 6 options lol, always wanted to deliver that regardless of them not getting the top 4 and finally got around to do it

i decided to pick kogasa first among the 3-way ties because i always wanted to add stuff to that one old kogasa extras but might as well remake the whole thing now that i have the chance
PSD layers are in SHAMBLES, making the sequence folder was a good decision
