The closest I could think out to explain how this class was formatted was learning center barre work (Ballet reference) with different applied techniques. Freaking loved this class!

So I am officially on my way to ✨KOREA✨ . I have AHOF recorded and I hope to be able to edit it while on my flight! Luckily while I'm in Korea I'll have a good Airbnb to be able to continue recording our usual schedule so expect more videos in the near future!
