*DAY 2* Coffee ☕️ & Photoshoot 📸!!!

Started and finished the events of the day with coffee *shocker * and tried something on the newer side! So let's start with the food & drink reviews 🇰🇷

Coffee Stop #1: COFFEE NINE (@coffeenine_company)

Order: Iced Vanilla Latte (Expect this answer A LOT haha)

EXTRA - Nowhere to sit (To-go only), but the employee working the shop was certified to roast and be a barista.. Pretty cool so I bought a bag of beans for home haha

Coffee Stop #2: PLOP ( @plop__coffee)

Order: Iced Hazelnut Latte with a Tiramisu

Rating: ☕️ 8.5/10 || 🍰 10/10

EXTRA - The spot I was at eating and drinking made me feel like I was a plant living in a greenhouse. A rainy day would be the PERFECT weather to exist in this shop.

RESTAURANT OF THE DAY: 마시쏘부대찌개 ( @macizo_budae)

EXTRA - The owner is so adorable. She has a daughter who loves practicing English and really enjoyed making small talk with me throughout the meal. She guided me on how to order at the restaurant (there was a kiosk I just blatantly ignored 🤦🏻‍♀️) as well as gave me a rice based drink for free 🥹 . This was a recommended place by one of the staff of Didit Studio (more on them tomorrow 🤭) and it was a great experience dining as a local.

Okay.... PHOTOSHOOT TIME 🙌🏻 !

I decided to go the studio styled photoshoot route to give the socials a profile refresh.

HAIR 💈 & MAKEUP 💄: SHINOKI SAENAL ( @shinokisaenal)

Artist: Okie (Not sure the spelling but she is the one in the photo with me ❤️)

Concept: Chic (Hair) || Fusion of Western and Korean styles (Makeup)

Price Range: $$ - $$$ (customizable)

EXTRA - She was super personable. I ended up late to my photo appointment because we kept talking and sending each other makeup products to get when we are in each others respective countries 😂 **RECOMMENDATION** If you ever book with this studio, try to make an appointment during the early week (Mon-Tues). They aren't as busy so your artist has a higher chance of going slower and you can get some great skincare recommendations like I did!

Photographer: (I don't remember his name and he never said it in the messages 😭 but he's the guy in the photo with me.)

Concepts selected: Dark & Natural (2 Concepts total and YES I will release a poll for you guys to select my new profile picture for all the socials!!)

EXTRA: When I say he brought all the info you could possibly ask for, I MEAN IT. I was able to select my concepts based off of his Instagram profile, my makeup artist (he gave me at least 4 different H&M artists options depending on my budget) on-site clothing to change into, poses (THANK GOD haha), etc. He is very thorough AND he will laugh at your jokes. Really appreciated how efficient and respectful he was during the entire process.

Overall, I was impressed at how it went. Wasn't expecting to like my makeup, hair, or how I looked during the photo shoot but I was proven wrong during every step of the way. 10/10 recommend if you want to splurge on something without having to go outside for too long haha.
