The Q30 measures quite bass heavy with most EQ presets, enabling ANC reduces overall bass, while normal and transparency mode add even more bass. My unit shows some slight deviation between left and right channel, which is not that hearable though.
For the user EQ I would enable ANC and use either traffic or indoor mode...
