Lip Syncing Update

So I've spent the last 3 days experimenting with animation lip-syncing, trying a variety of softwares, mouth shapes and techniques and I've come to the shocking conclusion of... it's still not worth doing.
The only way I can do it and make it look good is still the manual method which would be incredibly time consuming an...

Slightly Less Weird

So now that I got the beak moving reasonably well I've added back in some facial expressions to get it closer to what a finished version of it would look like. I still think it looks strange but I can't tell if it's because it is strange, or just that I'm not used to.

Regardless what I do with this new skill, I can't ...
