learned how to change the vfx color later for the Lucario Mod
I did my best, I spent days going for every particles in the list and try to change the color

This mod is base on a paid skin at store, you can't ues it unless you buy it.
Know issue : I replace the hero select icon in the UI files but the game didn't change it when you using loki lady skin, might need to wait till the dev fix that
