Possession Poster Study
Added 2023-10-06 13:14:10 +0000 UTCAndrzej Zulawski’s Possession (1981) is one of my favorite horror movies, and since living in Berlin it has taken on a new significance for me, as I now recognize many of the shooting locations. It’s a weird, surreal, nasty little film that operates with the same kind of dream logic that David Lynch does so well. I pitched a poster to a prominent boutique pop culture poster publisher but it was sadly rejected because they thought it had limited appeal. Here’s a couple of drawings I did as concepts!
Possession is on Shudder right now and well worth a watch.
