The gym is still quite crude, the classes, cardio machines, and some of the PT/Crossfit workouts still need to be updated to use workout time instead of rep-count. I recommend going directly to the Lift Stations (hotkey 6) for now, though the Balanced Routines also work (they just use the odd single-exercise rep text).
Obviously this needs a lot more work and some polish, but its finally at a point where its stable and calculating correctly.
There's a bit of randomization in the formula, so your lifts may vary from somewhere around half your base at a given weight to around twice. This of course means you may fail sometimes when going for your 1-rep max, or you may pull off as many as 3 reps on it.
Each workout gives you 4 choices of load/reps:
Max-out - goes for 1 rep at the highest you can handle, also gives a bonus to STR.
Heavy - goes for 2-6 reps at about 85% of your max, also gives a bonus to SPD.
Standard - goes for 8-20 reps at about 70% of max, also gives a bonus to PHY.
Rep-out - goes for 30+ reps at about 50% of max, also gives a bonus to END.
The game now also supports (dynamic) hotkeys, you'll see them to the left of whichever links they activate. This should make it a bit easier when repeating tasks, and faster to bring up/dismiss menus and return home.
There are no hotkeys in combat yet, I need to refactor the actions and plan out the keys still.
