Ya know, I think I have a higher tolerance than most for annoying characters (I basically am one), but the thing that annoyed me about Scrappy Doo wasn't what bugged everyone else. Scooby Doo is a cartoon about a talking dog that eats giant sandwiches. The show itself is far enough removed from reality that a tiny dog actually being able to fight monsters is not that unbelievable. Just once I wished they would let Scrappy try, just so I could see for myself if Puppy Power was really a thing (...which would actually mean they share a universe with Pound Puppies...).
