Fear is often a result of being too much in the mind and worrying about what may or may not be. Things that often never even happen. Come into the present moment and I'll meet you there 😉😜

Obsession can quickly besiege or attack your mind, making it impossible to make clear or rational decisions and blur reality. Catch it early and drop it before it becomes misery 😌😆

Self-pity is the inability to see what's good in your life and being grateful for that, rather than lamenting what is not there. This is strongly ego manufactured and a source of great unhappiness. Better drop it 😆😆

On the eighth day of Xmas!

This is a no-brainer. Hate serves no purpose and does not make anyone happy. It's completely ego-based and only leads to destruction. Let it go ❤️

On the seventh day of Xmas!

Procrastination often comes with depressions that make you feel tired and having no energy. This also often comes with hopelessness. The focus is constantly in the future and assumes things to happen that often never will. That is one reason we meditate, to learn to stay in the present moment where this kind of hopelessness ...

On the sixth day of Xmas!

Jealousy has many different faces and none of them serve you. Here again is the feeling of being incomplete and needing something or someone to complete you. It's ego-based and not love, let it go 😉

On the fifth day of Xmas!

Greed often originates in the notion that you're not enough or never is anything enough to make you feel complete. Practice a little self-love and gratefulness and greed will slowly melt away 😉

On the fourth day of Xmas!

Get rid of people-pleasing just for the sake of pleasing people

and watch your life getting more pleasant 😉

On the third day of Xmas!

Boredom is a product of the ego. It tells you that the present moment is not good enough but it's is the only moment we ever have. Don't waste it on the ego 😉

On the second day of Xmas!

Have you ever tried going through your day without uttering any kind of judgement? In thought or out loud? Try it and let me know if you were successful 🤣
