2017-07-05 20:25:40 +0000 UTCNo relation. Just like in real boxing, there's nothing stopping you from having the same nickname as someone else. Just look at how many boxers had the nickname "Sugar" for example. The titans were a Greek myth, so it just seemed appropriate for a Greek boxer.
