Not only was he heard manically laughing on many occasions during his incarceration but he also insisted on walking into doors!
A truly disturbed mind like this can only be mended at the correct facility, so it is with great relief to the Police staff to know he will be serving the rest of his sentence at the F.A. asylum for criminals.
Odd how this keeps happening ever since the two best officer dogs joined the prison together?!
