The current theory among everyone online is that the post credit scene is meant to mean that Doom needs Franklin for his plans and kidnaps him, and the Thunderbolts post credits is the F4 coming to our universe following Franklin's power signature. Plus this post credits and the Thunderbolts ones were directed by the Russo bros so they could just straight up be scenes from Avengers: Doomsday.
