All the TESD Patreon content makes me extremely happy on Tuesdays but I get extra boned up for Let's Go TOHO the Movies. I've never seen this one before so was glad to see it and I can tell that they used some of the stock footage of the Mazer Cannons blowing up trees from this movie and Godzilla vs Gigan.

It just occurred to me tonight and I've been able to watch without it fucking up once. Great little hack!

Some great quotes in here, Walt: "Come on, Sunday, you're our Toho expert! Sunday: "Like I said, what do you want from me?" Walt: "Coherency." [A baby Gargantua would probably smell up the office quite a bit, but he is super cute.] Walt: "Look at the way he jumps! So graceful and agile." Sunday: "He's like the Gitem of the Gargantuans." Sunday mentions Eegah, but I don't think Richard Kiel had any prosthetics; he just naturally looked like a caveman. MST riffed that one in its original run. Great episode guys, and of course, love the near-slap fight ending with the 2 monster brothers.
