On Thursday when this was posted i was a little unwell and my mind in its overly stressed state, I'm always being told I have to lower my stress levels, so this file and other relaxation files help enormously. I spent the time listening to you as always you bring me some calm and peace and solace, providing I am not disturbed that is. I will always be searching for peace but I don't think that i will find it any time soon, but i do find a little in many of your files and i value that immensely. I have an epileptic mind that can play havoc with emotions which doesn't help,This did give me some peace and helped me recover from yesterday, you know Sir, thank you never seems adequate to me, respect as always and thank you. ♥️
