This tune has been floating around my songs folder for a couple of weeks now. I slowly started adding elements, just messing around with sounds until it really started to form in to its own thing.
It's got a very Native sound to it, mostly coming from the drum pattern. But after I added in the flute the tone was really set for this one. I tried to break up things a bit in the 2nd half by adding a spacey synth sound, but it still feels like it stays true to the songs initial identity.
I've got some more cool tunes on the way. Several have been floating around in my songs folder for a couple weeks now. Still branching away from the 16-bit sound BUT I'm not going to leave that style behind completely, don't worry. :D
