I believe that the reason Miya called Kageyama a goody-two-shoes is because, yes Kageyama got humbled in his Junior years and is now to afraid to critizise his teammates besides Hinata. Kageyama knows that his sets are almost perfect but there are times when Karasuno just doesn't make the point anyways. Kageyama just shrugs it off as if he made a mistake even though they should have gotten the point. That's why he is a goody-two-shoes, someone who is too afraid to critizes his teammates even though they are making mistakes.
