It looks like I placed the Balconies and Doors into an extra "Addons" Library but never uploaded that... so yeah, I uploaded it now, here you are: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/scifi-gothic-terrain-library So either download this and explicitly select the "SciFi Gothic Addons" parts, or just throw it in the existing library.
