I am torn. On the one hand, I know you need/want to wrap this up. The flip side is that Ellie saying "Yes....Ma'am", or something like that, with a wicked grin/smile on her face, letting Meg know she still has to work for it a bit more. Plus, maybe Meg wants that; I do not know........

Critique time by the non-artist (that's me): I mentioned a few months ago that your scene transition between locations feels disjointed (at least to me), like there needs to be something in between the pages. I'm still feeling that. In this case, we go from the previous page, where Meg is in the doorway telling Ellie to "come on", to Meg checking the contents of her bag and then noticing Ellie crawling through the doorway. This leaves the reader questioning how Ellie figured out how to move while so thoroughly bound and what Ellie was thinking/ feeling about the situation and Meg while she transitioned to the next room (i.e. next scene). Now, this disjointed feeling could just be due to the weekly release and non-linear reading style (there are posts between the pages). I suggest having another comic artist or editor review everything when you put the book (that I will be buying) together. You might have to pay for their time, but I've personally found that slipping an expert a few $50s for an hour or two of their time to be a very worthwhile investment. Just a suggestion. This is your ship, and you may sail it however you want.
