2024-03-20 19:28:53 +0000 UTCokay quick history fact lmao, it was definitely known that James had relationships with men but it probably wasn't quite as open as the show makes it seem. But his wife definitely knew and there was gossip going around. like there used to be a whole joke about James being called a queen while Elizabeth was a king. when it comes to the wife of somerset don't know how much she knew she definitely was happy that her husband was the kings favorite but there is also no way to know if the kings and his relationship was still sexual when they got married. George and James relationship thanks to their letters is much more documented and has always seemed more intense and closer and maybe even with real genuine feelings between them.
