September, the second spookiest month

I try to keep posts like this infrequent, because I don't wanna feel like I'm schmoozing or seem too insincere, but as September's rolling around I felt a need to address all of you. Address you, and thank you.
When I started writing by commission, and later for Patreon, I was living in a literal shack. No power, no water, basically homeless. An upbringing that had left me with no worthwhile skills and a fear of everything around me, one I desperately tried to hide to fit in. I started doing this, writing, and slowly, bit by bit, with every person who believed in me and helped me move forward, I've advanced into a new era. Things aren't perfect (nothing ever is), but I now find myself in an apartment of my own, able to live a real life. Everything I have to show for what little I've accomplished, I owe to all of you -- even if you've never bought a commission; no matter how little you pledge. I need you, and appreciate you, and I just hope that I can keep releasing new things that you like.
