Writers wanted for writing series on new platform | $350 per project

I am looking for 4 writers to each create a crowdfunded writing series on a new platform. In exchange for creating and advertising a crowdfunded writing project there will be guaranteed payments of $350 per project in addition to money raised by the crowdfunding campaign.
There are no content requirements, you can write about whatever you want as long as you think people will be interested.
The ideal candidate has a following on social media or is very confident their project can get crowdfunding backers. If a candidate is not a perfect fit, but still wants to create a project I can wave all usage fees.
The platform works like other crowdfunding sites but with specific features for writing. You propose a project with funding goal, then, people can contribute money towards that goal. If the goal is met, then the project is funded. Once funded, you do the writing and release it over time. The backers will have exclusive access to the content, but you can open it up to the public at a later time if you choose. The backers will get the writing emailed to them (like a newsletter) or they can read it on the site. For example, you may crowdfund a project that consists of 4 pieces over a month looking at a specific topic.
IF INTERESTED, WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IS:
- A project idea. I don't have any content preference at all. If an ongoing newsletter is like a long running TV drama, this project should be more of a miniseries.
- A funding goal that would make it worth your while.
