Brokerkit (https://getbrokerkit.com/) is looking for a Content Marketer with real estate experience to assist with developing marketing content for our own marketing and to include in our technology solution for our clients. Brokerkit is a software platform designed for North American residential real estate brokers to recruit, onboard and retain real estate agents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research for topics that are both interesting and searched for by US-based residential real estate broker/owners
Create high-quality long-form blog posts on these topics (including image sourcing and SEO optimizations)
The posts will be delivered in our WordPress site with SEO on-page optimization completed
Track article metrics over time (search traffic, time on site, etc) in Google Analytics to optimize and improve
Assist in developing best practices articles for our clients on topics around recruiting, onboarding and retaining real estate agents
Assist in developing email newsletters as well as email campaigns for our use and that of our clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of writing experience in English
Top creative and technical writing abilities
Perfect English - spelling, and grammar
Passion for research
Organized and effective and time management skills
Team player
Degree in English a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Work experience in residential real estate
WordPress experience
Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO including keyword research, on-page optimization and backlinking
Experience with SEO tools Ahrefs
Experience with content analysis tools like Clearscope/Topic
Experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with video editing and production

ROLE

This is a part-time freelance position paid $.10 per word.
