Writer wanted for reports on precious metals / elements | 15 cents per word, negotiable

I'm looking to write 2 reports that follow the following thesis statements:
1) "As global vehicle electrification takes place takes a larger share of the market - demand for REE/PM will go down significantly"
What this report is trying to show is that demand for things like platinum, rhodium, palladium is currently 50%+ generated by catalytic converters. I'm trying to show that producers of these minerals that if they don't diversify soon they will crash.
2) "As global renewable energy production soars demand for decentralized power infrastructure will rise"
What this report is trying to show is that as more and more people get solar panels on their roofs, the demand for products such as batteries and transformers on a home-level will rise. This should also include the fact that as as electric vehicles gain more market share large batteries in the home (along with all the necessary infrastructure for power upscaling/downscaling) will become a necessity.
Willing to pay on a per-report or a per-word basis.
As I understand it this will be a an Advanced writing requirement, so 15c/w is the appropriate pay rate mentioned here?
