Writer wanted (firearms) | pay 10 to 25 cents per word

I am looking for a content writer for occasional work on a long term freelance basis. Unfortunately I can't give a set amount of work I will need as it varies depending on clients - I could need a few thousand words for a full site one month or I could go six months without needing anything.
I would prefer someone that is familiar with the firearms, NFA, shooting, and hunting world. Work needed will be verbiage for websites (about us, staff bios, products, services, etc.), blog posts, and print material for different clients.
I'm flexible on the budget but $.10-$.25/word is good for me based on experience and knowledge of the topic. As far as payment terms I'd prefer deposit and final balance upon satisfactory completion of the work. I'm flexible on payment methods but would prefer PayPal.
