Remote Copywriter wanted for healthcare communications agency | $90-$110 per hour

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relate the brand story by writing highly engaging, persuasive promotional content that is aligned with the product’s marketing strategy and grounded in the science
• Ideate and concept fresh ideas and tactics that keep clients competitive
• Contribute strategically by knowing the marketplace to uncover new insights and help generate novel ways of expressing data
• Ensure your work is correctly prepared for client medical/legal/regulatory review (including meticulous referencing and annotations)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising/Marketing, or Natural Sciences
• MUST have healthcare/pharma agency copy writing agency experience
• 3+ years of experience developing promotional content at a healthcare advertising agency. Oncology / high science experience highly preferable (isn’t it always)
• HCP background a must; experience in patient and learning writing is a nice to have
• Must be able to reference and annotate accurately
• Ability to write accurately, creatively, and on-strategy in a fast‐paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
