Newsweek is looking for freelance Digital Branded Content Writers!
The Content Writers will produce 1 article a day and will also handle edit requests for the articles. Article length will be between 800-1,000 words and across a range of topics, with many in finance, health and wellness, and shopping.
Content Writers must be accessible during U.S. business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce 5 articles a week (1 article a day) from topics assigned, work with editors to incorporate feedback to articles in a timely manner.
- Research assigned articles and produce easily digestible articles for our readers. Use provided linking tools to allow for tracking of article performance. Adhere to style guides for sponsored and editorial content
- Experience with writing product or service-focused content is essential. Ideally, candidates have experience with branded or sponsored content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with daily content creation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with editors
- Time management and organization skills
Bonus:
- Experience with financial or health and wellness topics
