Writers wanted (mental health) | $300+ per piece

I'm always looking for writers with experience covering the disorders we cover and I'm planning to expand coverage with personal essays too so if anyone in your circle has schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma or other mental health disorders/struggles I'd appreciate it if you'd pass along that information.
Our starting rate is $300/1,200 words but rates vary depending on the complexity of the article (interviews/anecdotes/research) and whether or not it's part of a sponsored collection.
One other thing, we're really trying to do a better job of diversifying our pool of writers i.e. bringing in more BIPOC folks so feel free to pass that along as well.
