This is for an emergent bimonthly print and online magazine dedicated to the discussion of feminist writing, culture, theory, and history. We are seeking a culture critic for a one-year commitment (six issues). Our ideal candidate can write stylish and lucid essays, using feminist frameworks to analyze and synthesize current film, television, music, and/or memes and trends. The columnist will be paid per issue, with pay dependent on experience. Interested candidates should send brief bio, cover letter, and clips. In your cover letter, give some sense of what you might write in your first column (topic and take), which would appear in the March/April 2022 inaugural issue.

The pay will depend on experience (minimum $200 per issue, with a minimum commitment of 6 issues).
