ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
The UX Content team sits within the Marketing org at our client's. They are a division of Brand Content, and the cross-disciplinary writing team that includes marketing copy, editorial content, video content, and UX. The team writes all buyer and seller facing copy across a wide spectrum of the client's products, with the goal of educating and supporting our customers and furthering our business goals.
The UX Copywriter will play a key role in the product discovery and development process, working hand-in-hand with our design, product, research, and analytics teams to build and execute effective content plans.
You’ll focus primarily on supporting the Fulfillment experience at our client's company. This initiative’s mission is to build trust and loyalty with customers by meeting buyer expectations around shipping price, accurate and transparent delivery, and post-purchase confidence. You will also support work across product groups as needed, spanning buyer and seller facing work.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Plan, write, edit, test, and improve UX copy for product experiences, including interface language, product names, and navigational nomenclature, in addition to in-product education and marketing messaging.
Think through projects strategically and creatively, from ideation through production, working cross-functionally with partners in research, data analytics, marketing, design, product, and engineering.
Work closely with data analysts and researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including in-person research and A/B testing, to create human, encouraging, and forward-thinking copy that drives product adoption and builds brand loyalty.
Help strategize, implement, and maintain a consistent content strategy throughout the product experience, deeply understanding how customers interact with our client, using data to inform decisions, and building alignment between UX and marketing content.
Craft wireframes, mockups, and task flows to effectively communicate UX content ideas
ABOUT YOU:
You have 3-4+ years of experience in UX copywriting.
You have experience supporting the full product development process, from vision to launch to iteration.
You've worked with product managers, product designers, product marketing managers, researchers, and data analysts to build exceptional product experiences.
You have experience translating complex tech and business concepts into clear and engaging writing with a strong, consistent voice.
You have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills and use data to inform copy decisions.
You’re a skilled communicator and collaborator.
Experience working with cross-functional product teams as a UX Writer - You can embed with product squads you're supporting, and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from the outset of projects.
Experience supporting the full product development process, from inception to launch to iteration
You have Intermediate Figma skills. You’ll be working directly in Figma files, writing content, commenting on/critiquing designs, and mapping out content flows.
Experience with content strategy development/copy auditing/competitive audit experience - You may do light audits of existing content experiences to optimize content/identify areas that need improvement
