User Experience Writer
Location : 100 % REMOTE role
Duration : 1 year plus extensions
To conceive user-centered solutions, deliver compelling visual and interaction designs, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive multiple projects.
Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements, tutorials, and notifications).
Work hand-in-hand with UX Designers to shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful technical text and documents that help users complete the task at hand. Set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. Manage user experience writing workflow, maintaining deadlines and ensuring timely deliverables to design team. Work independently with limited guidance and direction on moderately complex projects. Participate in the creation and evolution of user experience messaging strategy. Recommend messaging solutions that support the user experience and meet brand tone and voice guidelines.
