We've got a few spicy politics stories to consider. We're accepting pitches for 500-700 word stories and building our writer community. Rate is $300 for stories of 500–700 words. No cutoffs! We're always accepting pitches.

What should you include in your pitch? Short and sweet. Three to four sentences should do the trick, but if you’re stuck you can use this guide: “I’d like to write about [TOPIC]. I experienced [EVENT].”

What types of stories do we publish? First-person narratives and experiences. We may be moving to more timely stories soon, so stay tuned. Sorry, no poems, comics, traditional op-eds, interpretive art pieces, etc.
