Propertyonion.com, a real estate subscription-based platform for off-market properties, is looking for experienced, talented freelance content writers who understand the Real Estate Industry primarily in Florida and Ohio, from a realtor or investors perspective.
We require at least one or two articles per month for our website, which presently has 85,000 plus visitors every month, so your writing will get great exposure!
Each article will need to be between 1000 to 1500 words. We will give you subject matters to write about but also welcome ideas from the writers themselves.
Go to https://propertyonion.com/education/category/real-estate-investing-articles/, and you will see a selection of the type of articles we post. We do all graphics in house and credits (your bio) and a profile picture to each writer.
The writing style we prefer is a little flamboyant and not to rigid or formal, personality is what we crave from our contributors and a writing style that amuses and informs our readers.

Our reimbursement is in the median range of $100 to $150 per article plus you will get great exposure on our website.
All writers are independent contractors and will need to sign a Freelance writer’s agreement.
