follow up on yesterday's post

i'm FINALLY feeling back to normal! thank goodness, i'm so happy i could cry. i ended up not taking the new meds today and i was still feeling sick but i finally felt better around dinner time. i'll obviously follow up with my provider tomorrow.

i just finished tonight's episode of before the 90, another great episode!...

i do not feel well...

i switched my mental health meds yesterday so i'm on day 2 and i feel.. really off. it's more physical than mental. my chest feels tight, i'm super hungry but i don't have an appetite, i also feel light headed... i can feel my heart beating out of my chest at times but then it gets better... kinda nauseous.. head hurts too....
