WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Opus Agency is expanding its freelance pool to accommodate future projects and we want YOU to be a part of it. We are looking for a freelance experiential Copywriters who will be responsible for scriptwriting, communication emails, signage copy, website, app and registration copy as well as concept writing associated with experiential activations and attendee journeys. You should be a creative detail-oriented Copywriter with a collaborative work ethic who has the ability to shift between brand voices easily. As part of the creative team you will be working in deep collaboration with creative directors and across the agency with strategy and account teams.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to deliver on projects
Leadership skills
7 + cumulative years professional writing experience
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain cohesive client storytelling across all media types – consumer/b2b, retail, video, live events (including speaker Keynote talking points and award scripting), digital, social, mobile, and environmental
The ability to guide and direct talent for recording sessions
Help create and maintain cohesive brand voice and experience across all touch points
Collaborate with creative directors, producers and strategists to bring experiences to life
