Real Estate Bees, a successful and fast growing real estate technology company with its head office in Houston, TX, is looking for a copywriter with professional experience in the U.S. real estate investment industry.

Please DO NOT contact us if your only real estate investing-related experience is writing about real estate.

TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP:

• Remote job. You can work from home or any other place of your liking.

• You will work as a freelancer.

• Flexible schedule. You work when you have time for it.

• The compensation is calculated on a per-word basis: we pay $0.1 per word ($250 2500 words article) if the content shows the author's expertise, is well-researched, meaningful, and error-free.

• The payment is released monthly, at the beginning of each month, via PayPal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing informative and unique content according to provided detailed outlines and instructions on topics related to real estate investing (content for motivated sellers on how to sell a house fast and for cash to investors, property wholesaling, fix & flip, hard money loans, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Writing without using AI tools. We check all submitted content with AI content checkers and reject AI-written cotent.

• At least 5 years of professional experience closely related to the U.S. real estate investing industry (either residential or commercial). The best fit for us would be a retired investor-friendly real estate agent/broker, hard money lending specialist, property manager, or another type of real estate professional involved in real estate investment transactions, development, litigations, taxation, etc. Please do NOT contact us if your only real estate-related experience is writing about real estate based on content found online. We need a TRUE real estate professional.

• Solid understanding of the specifics of real estate wholesaling and fix and flip or BRRRR business in the U.S.

• Experience writing well-composed, meaningful, informative, and easy to read content.

• Perfect grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to consistently provide us with at least 2000 words of content per week.

• Quick communication: responding to our emails within 24 hours.

• Detail-oriented approach and meticulousness.

Please note that our editor is real estate-savvy and easily spots the fact that submitted content was written by a copywriter without real estate expertise or by an AI tool.

If your intention is outsourcing content to other copywriters, we recommend you to save your own time and effort by not applying to this position.
