We are looking for a freelancer to ghostwrite blogs for our website. This is a remote position.
We are a direct private lender that provides fix and flip and rental loans to real estate investors. An ideal candidate is someone who has either written about or has personal experience with real estate, investing, financing, and business. Real estate agents, attorneys, investors, or mortgage originators are encouraged to apply.
Writer will be responsible for creating blogs with a minimum of 750 words on an ongoing basis. Topics and keywords will be supplied to the writer, but research will be required as well as attention to detail, accuracy, and grammar. AI-generated content will not be accepted.
SEO experience required. Blogs should follow SEO best practices with proper keywords, interpage linking, source linking, and formatting.
Payment: $500 per blog. You will be asked to complete a paid test blog.
