$1 Testosterone Evaluation

A company has approached me saying that they have partnered with medical labs across the US and are offering a Testosterone evaluation and medical consultation for just $1. I assume they are going to make their money back if people then begin Testosterone Replacement Therapy though there appears to be no obligation.
I'm potentially excited to partner with them as it sounds like an amazing deal for my audience but I want to do my due diligence first. If anyone is curious about their Testosterone levels and wants to try this out, could you please let me know how it goes and if you would recommend partnering with these guys? Thanks in advance.
