This character (Natsumi) belongs to Saimin Seishidou, I made it as part of an agreement, here you can see the uncensored version.
The context of the image is simple, they are training Natsumi so that she can later teach her daughter (her daughter is of legal age in case you're wondering) how to "laugh."
