This show was already one of my favorite Anime/Shows up until this point but this episode put in my top 5. The way Urasawa allowed Grimmer to come full circle with his emotions was so powerful. I tear up every time since it's so relatable. I love Grimmer so much because he's the example that shows that we can all survive and try to lead good lives as good people despite the trauma we've endured or the monsters we harbor within. Nina and Grimmer both embody this truth while Johan is the nihilist side of the coin that says none of it matters and one shouldn't even try. I'd rather fake it until I make it, until that letter of emotions finds its way back to me like Grimmer, than give up like Johan.
