That is the beauty of this show. It has not done a black/white portrayal of any character. Everyone has different shades. The good parts have been appreciated, the bad parts even though common doesn't make it right and should be called out.

To each his own.... that’s what art is about And I agree w u that regardless of how difficult Hathiram’s childhood has been, or what frustrations he has had growing up and as an adult in his career, that gives him no right to slap his wife when he is angry! That’s the whole point of movie Thappad too..... even one slap is unacceptable.... where’s the respect for the woman?!?! Just coz the man is angry at something in his life , it gives him no f-ing right to slap his spouse/partner! 🤬🤬
