Johnny Walker's real name was Badruddin Jamaluddin Kazi, The name Johnny Walker was given to him by Guru Dutt.....in his audition taken by Guru Dutt, he was supposed to play a drunkard man. He nailed the audition so perfectly that everyone present at the audition thought that he was actually high. When he started talking normally after his scene was over, Guru Dutt was so impressed with him that he gave Kazi the name Johnny Walker (based on the wiskey brand)......Johnny Walker did more 300 movies and mostly played the drunk comic person.
