This video clearly proves that only people born in that country should become the leaders of that country. Rick and Korbin so disconnected. Makes sense. Same goes with Vivek Ramaswamy in US. Not sure how he got that far. And Rishi Sunak as UK PM is a joke. 😂

Rick just makes up his mind in the first few seconds of a video, and then its clearly visible on his face that he isn't able to get over that. The thumb rule of a joke / satire / comment / observation is that the subject of it should be comfortable with it. Its that simple. If a cartoon is made showing India as a probably impoverished guy with a cow, knocking at the door of "Elite space club", you cannot decide if its a "satire" or not racist. Its on / against us. You dont have to agree with something, but be freaking open to a video and what its trying to say before making up your mind on one point at the beginning of a video And irrespective of my views on the news channel, the anchor (both, I don't like)...this video just points out straight facts. Sometimes we just have to acknowledge facts, and question the ridiculousness that these statements were made without taking a random stance. Whenever an incident happens in any country, or a leader / famous personality of a nation makes any ridiculous statement, the news always gets reported with the tag of that country / region, and not just that particular person. When something happens in India, and a lot happens here, the news reported is always with the tag of India, which drives the perception of the country as a whole, and not just an individual. Would this video have made more sense if it said British instead of the west? Yes. But, one could say the same that it was just a couple of British influencers not the entire country. And there's also that condescending cartoon which was from NY Times.

It was created way back in 2014 when India successfully achieved their Mars Mission ('Mangalyaan'; which inspired the latest Indian citizen Akshay Kumar's MIssion Mangal). There are some in India who have very long memories and are bringing that cartoon back up after reading these stupid comments from some weird/unknown Brits. As Rick said, this video is only going to fan the flames. I guess some Brits are burning that their current Prime Minister is of Indian origin. But they should be rightfully ignored and not given unnecessary publicity, which this video has unfortunately done.

Of all the people who made amazing tribute to Chandrayan it is hers someone has recommended ! I guess one can take side whichever suits their agenda in villifying someone or glorifying someone,its ever turning tables and moving goal posts !

I thought fascist scum were meant to stick together. I love the ideological infighting personally though, let them beat each other up about this topic and hopefully India starts to heal as international neo-Nazi far-right movements distances themselves from the selfish Hindutva government and drags India back into a more sensible centre-ground rather than whatever this embarrassing shit-show of a government that we currently have. Basically, Western backlash against India is welcome as violently racist social structures and rhetoric inspired by the West have festered in Indian society and ruined so many communities and will continue to do so. No moon landing or Oscar nomination is going to hide the fact that India has one of the most fractured societies in the world. So sad to see. Our country deserves better, hopefully it severs ties with Western countries economically so we can be self-sustainable and come up with our own narratives rather than steal countrys like Israel’s violent blueprint against minorities in search for religious purity born out of fundamentalism
