The percussion you hear in background and see women and men playing with the flag dance are all part of the procession.. I did visit the Ganesh Celebration here at the temple in Chino Hills. They did plsy the drums, and other percussions. It was amazing !!! If you are interested in visiting such celebrations, I can send you the invites so you know :)
